Rehab ships all packages for free within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium with a minimum order of €50,-, below €50,- we charge €4,95 for shipping costs. Shipments to other countries will be billed. We ship all our packages with DPD, Post NL and UPS.
Your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days* after you place an order.
A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.
If your purchase is delivered in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany and for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused articles within 14 days of receipt for free (you may fit the products). The articles must be returned with their labels attached. If returned products are damaged, Rehab may charge additional costs. Online orders can’t be returned to other stores or official dealers of Rehab Footwear.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned with their labels attached. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs have to be paid outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. Costs depends on the mail service you are using. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
