Rehab ships all packages for free within The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium with a minimum order of €50,-, below €50,- we charge €5,95 for shipping costs. Shipments to other countries will be billed. 

Your package will be delivered within 2-3 working days* after you place an order.

A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.



If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused articles within 30 days of receipt (you may fit the products). The articles must be returned with their labels attached. If returned products are damaged, Rehab may charge additional costs.

Please register your return online before sending back your package. Follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to 'My orders' and select your order.
  • Click on 'Return' and fill out all fields.

If your purchase is delivered in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany return your package for free.

  • Close your package and attach the return label
  • Bring your package to a parcelpoint of the carrier.

If your purchase is delivered outside The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany return your package on your own expense.

Please Note: Always include your ordernumber(s) (ORD-number) when you make a return to us.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned with their labels attached. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs have to be paid outside the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. Costs depends on the mail service you are using. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.

*Depending on your delivery address
