Until what time can I order?

Order until 11:30 PM for immediate shipping.

I want to order a shoe but it is no longer in stock.

Some sizes and models may sell out faster than usual. We regularly replenish stock.

Which payment methods do you offer?

You can pay with us with iDEAL, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you also offer post-payment?

We currently do not offer post-payment.


Which transporters do you work with?

We send our packages with PostNL and DHL. The choice of carrier is made by our logistics partner based on several factors.

What are your delivery times?

We will ship your order within 1 working day. During SALE or for large orders it may take a little longer.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over EUR 50, shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium. Below this we ask for a contribution of EUR 4.95 for the Netherlands and EUR 6.95 for Belgium. For other countries we ask for a contribution of EUR 6.95.

How does returns work?

Do you want to return shoes? You can register your return within 14 days via our returns portal.

You can easily start your return request by entering the order number and the email address with which you placed the original order.

In the portal you can indicate which item you want to return, supplemented with a return reason. Once you have completed all the steps, you will receive a return label from the carrier you have chosen.

What does returns cost?

Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge.

Returns from Germany cost EUR 6.95.

For the other EU countries this is EUR 14.95.

How many days of reflection time do you offer?

You have a 14-day inspection period with us.

Can I opt for an exchange?

With us, exchanges can be made via a new order. In the returns portal you can choose a refund as a coupon. You can then use this for a new order.

Kan ik items retourneren na 14 dagen?

Kan ik gedragen schoenen retourneren?

Nee, gedragen schoenen kunnen niet geretourneerd worden. Als niet aan deze retourvoorwaarden voldaan is dan behouden wij het recht om gemaakte kosten te verwerken in de terugbetaling of de retour volledig te weigeren.
